As for ideas how to remember them...Ive been at Truemans 21 years, we plant a tree every time we loose a horse on the pathway with a small plaque to comemorate them...just an idea...

I think a lasting tribute is a good idea... Not sure if we have a place for trees but we were thinking about setting aside a small seating area where we could plant flowers and have plaques, not only for the horses we love who have died but also for people. This would be great especially for people who were connected with the field like Mr and Mrs Rogers but also for friends and family who are important to us.
The youtube videos are also a great way to remember horses as they keep them fresh in everyones mind as well as being a very personal response to that horses for example with the choice of music.

most of all my donkey u helped me to get the confidence of riding bigger horses. n of all the 2yrs that i rode him neva fell off once!!!
snowy taught me to ride n tuppence.
tramp dragin me ova i0n the dingles n me holdin on for dear life.
sultan , he was beautiful n very elegant, hated the day that i had to get him away from bess and the fone call!!!
all of these horses will neva be forgotten as they all made riding down the field even more enjoyable!!!
