Bourbon came to us October 2016, after Wonky Pets took him in, due to his owner losing his land. Bourbon was an unbroken three year old when we got him, so spent a couple of years growing up before being brought into ridden work. Bourbon was backed easily and has progressed wonderfully over the last few years. He is now been used regularly in the riding school with a range of mixed ability riders. Over the next year we hope to progress him more by improving his jumping (particularly what speed to approach the jump at) and to take him out showing much more.
